SOAP OPERA is The Vanguard’s new late-night series—wildly curated, fiercely fun, and always a little unpredictable. Fridays from May to July, we’re handing over the decks to some of Sydney’s most exciting underground crews and collectives. Expect high energy, genre-bending sounds, and a dance floor that doesn’t quit.

Lovejoy have been throwing thoughtful and intimately curated parties in Eora for the last 7 years. Their events are love letters to the local scene that has given them so much. Not constrained by any one genre, with selections that span from thoughtful to outrageous, techy to whimsical and functional to obscene. Lovejoy will do their best to take you somewhere new that feels familiar.
Every week brings a new cast, a fresh plot, and a guaranteed scene-stealer. No cover between 11-11.30pm (if you’re lucky). $15 after. Limited $10 pre-sales available.
