This year’s lineup is one of the biggest in BTV history, headlined by global dance music powerhouse Dom Dolla (NYE countdown), pop culture phenomenon Addison Rae, pioneering hip-hop visionary Kid Cudi, and genre-defying punk icons Turnstile. In addition to a stacked lineup, the 10th anniversary festival will feature its three iconic stages (Valley Stage, Dance Dome, Dr Dan’s), new onsite activation The Lounge Room (podcasts, conversations, comedy), alongside long time favourites Poof Doof’s Cirque Du Slay and The Palms Pool House (previously known as The Beach Club). Programming and hosting of the 3 regular weeks of October are safely in the hands of Marley Sherman. Having previously worked in the role on a full-time basis for S.A.S.H, there are few who understand the complexities and nuances of curating a perfect night of music quite as intuitively as The Sherm. He is responsible for discovering, nurturing and providing a platform for a vast array of Sydney’s local talent, as well as helping to bring in the international stars that we know and love. 

Rolling into week 2 of Sherm's Sunday Sessions and we cast our eyes to the Northern Beaches scores of talent, with the Win-dawg WINNY taking out top honours. A regular at everything worth it's salt in Sydney and beyond, WINNY is more than comfortable slinging slick house grooves in our Sunday stable. She's joined by Luca Attanasio, one of Sydney's hidden gems and rising starts in the studio - with his music being played all over the world, and recently signing with London heavyweights FUSE. Dingo makes his return to the booth, taking control of the warmer flavours and early hours in the lead up to midnight. Alioz is the competition winner for this week, setting the scene and kickstarting the night.

As always, our focus for homegrown talent is a must, and with S.A.S.H’s goal to expand our community, the opening slot is on offer to a fresh new face to saddle up on the horse. Announced weekly, an eager jockey will take control of the club to kick things into gear for the evening.

About DJ Hybrid:
DJ Hybrid is a Jungle Drum & Bass producer, DJ, and label owner from the UK. He has been a fixture in the Jungle Drum & Bass scene for over a decade, releasing music on some of the genre’s most respected labels, including Ram Records, Born on Road, Jungle Cakes, DnB Allstars, and Deep in the Jungle, to name a few.


Born and raised in the Midlands, UK, DJ Hybrid began making music in his late teens, inspired by the country’s thriving underground music culture and the sounds of early jungle, garage, hip hop, and drum & bass. Over the years, he has refined his craft, drawing on a wide range of influences to create a signature sound that blends classic jungle breaks, deep basslines, and melodic hooks.

In the final week of Sherm's Sunday Sessions - and the last weekly S.A.S.H on Sunday before we move across to Saturday nights - we're treated to 2 hours of power from Marley himself. No stranger to a grand occasion, Sherm's a seasoned veteran when it comes to big ticket items. Whether it's intricately weaving stripped back sounds or slamming big house groovers he's got an extensive archive of party starters and deep dive charters. There's no one more fitting to see off our weekly Sundays! Joining him at the helm, NZ's Logan Baker & Jake Rattler have become Shipwrecked, leaving them beach'd as, bro, and stranded on our salty shores. We thought why not bring them in out of the cold and have them dish out the heaters to close the night. Sydney's most notorious criminals are Jaywalking their way into the warmup for the night, ensuring when Sherm takes the stage we're all properly massaged and still a little oily. Tia Lacoste is the competition winner for this week, kicking things off from 9pm.

The Outdoor stage will light up with Detroit’s Kyle Hall alongside DJ Jnett, Mazzacles, and a b2b for the ages with Cousin tune for tune with Ben Fester.
The Indoor stage will roll out with reinforced sound and hazed out vibrations via dameeeela, Kilimi, Rydeen, Setwun b2b with Ciara plus a live PA set with Scruffs bringing in a huge crew of special guests.

The final mellow zone is run by Fanatico Records and Moral Laxa who will have their infamous “ Casa Discos Pop Up Record Fair” with selectors Daniel Lupica, Lu Faria, Milkpaste and the Fanaticos Crew.

Gÿps & Spice’s style has been labeled as groovy & energetic, psychedelic & tribal. Their sets are best known to have a push and pull between hard & fast, sexy & trippy driven sounds, interwoven with moody textures, tribal groove, a touch of 90s rave and hip-hop vocal influences.

One half of the wild Brainsurfers duo – with Harry McCanna – and one third of the North South Records trio – also with Harry McCanna, and Dale Mussington – Sam is trading the North for the South and settling into Sydney with arsenal of heavy hitters in his record bag. 

He’s joined by S.A.S.H bossman Kerry Wallace, stepping up to set the scene and show us all how to properly warm a dance floor, before long-time S.A.S.H favourites and Northern Beaches Naughty-boys Persian Rug take us through the wee hours of the morning and well into the sunset session.

This special edition brings back some of the names who shaped the era, delivering a throwback to the raw, rolling, and high-energy sets that lit up dancefloors all over the city. Chachi bio:
For 15 years, Chachi tore up dancefloors playing the full spectrum of Drum & Bass in clubs, while also becoming a household name through his Saturday night RDU radio show. His impeccable selection and skill earned him the title of Rumble in the Jungle champion in 2015. Throughout his career, Chachi has supported Andy C seven times, alongside a diverse roster including DJ Hype, Black Sun Empire, TC, Commix, Makoto, Turno, BCee, LSB, Annix, Noisia, and countless more. After stepping away from DJing during Covid, he’s back behind the decks. With a vast library of classics and a few new gems he couldn’t resist, expect nothing less than a full-spectrum set charged with signature Chachi energy.


Subvert bio:
A cornerstone of the Christchurch Drum & Bass scene for over 15 years, Subvert has carved out a reputation for tearing up dancefloors with his relentless mixing style and razor-sharp tune selection. From legendary events like the Summer/Winter Solstices, City Doofs, and infamous bush parties, to festival slots at Rhythm & Alps and Electric Avenue, Subvert’s journey has been fuelled by high-energy performances. He’s supported an impressive list of international heavyweights including Calyx & Teebee, A.M.C, Audio, Spectrasoul, Bad Company, Hybrid Minds, and S.P.Y. We're incredibly stoked to welcome back local legend Adam K! He has been mixing for the last 12 years after a life changing moment at his first festival where he realised his love for electronic music and that he too wanted to bring the vibes to the dance floor.

Adam has a keen ear for music and showcases some of the best melodic tunes spanning the Tech House, Deep House, Techno and Minimal realms. He has an open minded and diverse approach to music which has landed him sets at many Doofs, Warehouse parties, Raves, Clubs and bars around Victoria.

Adam also runs his own parties throughout the year and is no stranger to the Australian festival scene having worked in various roles at some of the largest events in the country including stage managing main stage's at Strawberry Fields Festival and Pitch Music and Arts Festival for the last few years.
Tejavu
Tejavu is the moniker of James Teja Halstead — an artist, producer, and DJ exploring the wide spread of electronic music. His sets and productions move fluidly between dub-infused minimal, deep house & techno, IDM, bass-driven rhythms, and ambient soundscapes - deep tribal grooves move and flow on the top of atmospheric and dubby textures.

Still dusting ourselves off from the October long weekend, we roll head-first into the rest of the month, and a new month means a new Guest Booker is strutting their stuff. The 3 regular weeks of October are held safely in the hands of Marley Sherman. Having previously worked in the role on a full-time basis for S.A.S.H, there are few who understand the complexities and nuances of curating a perfect night of music quite as intuitively as The Sherm. He is responsible for discovering, nurturing and providing a platform for a vast array of Sydney’s local talent, as well as helping to bring in the international stars that we know and love. 

To get us rolling, he’s cast out his line and hooked a right catch. Suttz is our second favourite Irishman to ever walk this earthly plane, and the first name to top the bill in October. A purveyor of fine tunes, and a true digger, Jeff’s record bag has some of the classiest, wonkiest and funkiest tracks we’ve had the pleasure of hearing. He’s sandwiched between a double dose of duos, with the KNA lads trading the late show for the early evening, setting the mood and bringing the groove. On the flip side, the dynamic duo of young guns Felix! & Shing in to send us well into the wee hours of the morning. The competition winner slot for this week is awarded to MTHR.LDE, ready to roll in and get the night underway with deep lush, ambient tones, and ethereal ear candy. 

As always, our focus for homegrown talent is a must, and with S.A.S.H’s goal to expand our community, the opening slot is on offer to a fresh new face to saddle up on the horse. Announced weekly, an eager jockey will take control of the club to kick things into gear for the evening.

The Late Show is Revolver’s weekly Saturday night. Spread over two rooms, the night begins with Colonel Tan’s restaurant, then gathers pace around 10pm. In the front room, a barrage of Garage, Bassline, Techno and Qgom is shelled down; while in the back-bar, DJ’s splice together House with layers of Italo, Soca and Afro. Hailing from São Paulo, Brazil, Fabio Honorio de Jesus, known professionally as Alibi, has firmly established himself as a leading figure in the global drum & bass scene. With a musical journey that began in the mid-nineties, his upbringing was enriched by a diverse array of genres, from Brazilian samba to rock, reggae, soul, and funk. Originally formed as a duo consisting of DJ Chap (Fabio’s previous solo alias) and Level 2 (Pedro E. Lima), Alibi made a significant impact on the drum & bass landscape with their collaborative efforts. 


Since early 2023, Alibi has evolved into a solo project led by DJ Chap, continuing to push boundaries and explore new sonic territories. Now based in Vienna, Austria, Alibi has become an established artist in the European music scene. He operates his audio production and mixing/mastering studio, '1020 Mastering', where he has worked on projects for renowned artists such as DJ Marky, DJ Andy, L-Side, Anile, Makoto, Dillinja, DJ Krust, Freitera, and labels including V Recordings, Innerground, Overview, Human Elements, among many others. As a radio host, Alibi presents a monthly drum and bass show on Kool FM UK, a British radio station part of the Rinse FM group, since May 2023.


 In addition to his solo work, Alibi has collaborated with legendary artists like L-Side, Riya, Cleveland Watkiss MBE, DRS, MC Fats, Charli Brix, and more, further shaping his distinctive sound and musical identity. Over the past decade, Alibi's discography has garnered widespread acclaim and support from industry heavyweights. His versatile productions span a range of styles, consistently earning chart positions and DJ accolades. With his music receiving regular rotation in the sets of top DJs like Bryan Gee, Roni Size, Goldie, London Elektricity, S.P.Y., every new release becomes a download-on-sight proposition. His longstanding relationship with record labels such as V Recordings, Liquid V, and Chronic has been a cornerstone of his career, leading to seminal releases like the acclaimed 2018 album Said & Done.

100% of the proceeds of this event will go directly to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC). The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre is a fantastic charity supporting refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia. Their services include food banks, healthcare, legal aid, and powerful advocacy to help people rebuild their lives in safety and dignity.
