Electric Island
Event Description
We got you, Australia: Boutique electronic music festival Electric Island makes its grand return in 2025, alongside the debut of Electric Warehouse, co-headlined by Duke Dumont and Hayden James across two weekends in April. Four unbeatable locations. Two distinct event experiences. Four days of dance.
Electric Island offers some of Australia’s most coveted locations, blending the iconic aura of Ibiza and Bali’s beach clubs with the stunning coastal backdrops of Perth’s Cottesloe Beach on Saturday 5 April and Adelaide’s Glenelg Beach on Saturday 12 April. With sun, sea breeze and beats in perfect harmony, Electric Island is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the music by the waves.
Leading this year’s offering are global heavyweights Duke Dumont and Hayden James. A staple of the global dance music scene for over a decade, Duke Dumont is world-renowned for massive tracks like the 8x Platinum “Ocean Drive” and the chart-topping “I Got U”. His infectious melodies and deep grooves have earned him a reputation as one of the most in-demand DJs globally, and he returns for his first tour Down Under since 2022. Aussie legend Hayden James brings a euphoric, signature sound that connects with audiences on every level — and his live sets are nothing short of mesmerising. Beloved for multi-Platinum hits “Just Friends” and “Numb”, he’s set to deliver unforgettable performances across the Electric series, showcasing tracks from his 2024 album, We Could Be Love, live for the first time to his home crowd.
Joining Hayden and Duke throughout the series are the UK’s prog-house duo Trilucid, whose incomparable live set promises an unparalleled rave experience. House titans Eli & Fur will be heating things up in Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide, priming the crowd for the headliners with their high-octane sound. The lineup doesn’t stop there, Swiss deep-house legend Nora En Pure will be taking over Glenelg Beach with her hypnotic grooves, while Naarm’s Market Memories will bring their signature vibe to PICA. With this massive roster, expect nothing less than a full-throttle dancefloor takeover.
