Event Description
Cumbión is a day-to-night celebration of cumbia culture, bringing together vinyl selectors, DJs, dancers, food and community in one vibrant space. Curated by La Foxy Fuzz, the party explores the many sounds of cumbia — from classic Colombian rhythms and psychedelic grooves to modern tropical sounds and deep Latin cuts — creating an atmosphere that feels warm, energetic and deeply connected to culture and dancefloor tradition.
The lineup features some of Sydney’s finest cumbieros and tropical selectors including Mr. Cuchuco, Santamaria Brothers, Guagua, María Piña, Sir Bolivar, Vivi, Cicada Buzz, Tropicante and La Foxy Fuzz herself.
More than just a party, Cumbión is about community, discovery and celebrating the richness of Latin music through both vinyl and contemporary sounds, alongside good food, colourful energy and a welcoming space for everyone.
