AUM Winter Series - The White Stag stage with Gumnut and Fiord

AUM Winter Series #3 / Saturday, 20 September / Warehouse Location, Auckland
This third winter warehouse party for 2025 will be a one-night showcase of the White Stag main stage from AUM New Year's Festival.
This Winter Series event will be mixed-genre for lovers of psychedelic music across the spectrum, featuring two headline artists we love: Gumnut (Australia), and Fiord (NZ) who are performing live. Supporting them will be longtime AUM djs Ferksta, Rachael Sabin and another special guest TBA.
The White Stag stage is one of the most special music stages of the NZ summer festival circuit. Each year it get fully redesigned as a giant art piece. In previous events it's had a 10 metre psychedelic octopus, lifelike stage faces painted by street-style artist GASP, and a giant Emerald City.
The previous two Winter Series events were sold-out showcases of the Kānuka Stage (underground house and techno) and The Hill (psytrance). The White Stag stage event will be a bit of everything that is special about the stage spanning outdoor progressive house, techno through to psytrance.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
GUMNUT is Sydney producer Jack Layard, a artist who we’ve admired for a long time from his sets at Rabbits Eat Lettuce and other psy festivals.
With a background as a bass player and guitarist his sound is influenced by a range of genres including jazz, funk and rock, Gumnut's music and DJing is full of melody, bouncy baselines, and live instrumentation. It’s progressive psytrance that transcends boundaries and limitations.
FIORD are the Kiwi live electronic duo known also as Antix and Out of Sorts in their progressive or techno-slanted sounds. When performing as Fiord they take things into the progressive realm, touching on trance. This duo have performed at major festivals and clubs around the world, including in South America, Asia, Europe, and North America.
This warehouse event promises to be a visually and sonically spectacular event to end winter.
